This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Our client is seeking a CRM AI Automation Specialist to lead the adoption and execution of AI-driven workflows across the organization. The company is focused on leveraging AI to improve operational efficiency, streamline business processes, and automate workflows across finance, operations, scheduling, and data management. They are looking for a proactive professional who can identify process improvements, implement AI solutions, train cross-functional teams, and drive organization-wide AI adoption.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The CRM AI Automation Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven workflows and automations across multiple business functions. The CRM AI Automation Specialist will collaborate with department leaders to identify operational bottlenecks, develop agentic AI solutions, integrate AI platforms with existing systems, and train teams on AI best practices. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on AI implementation experience who enjoys combining business process optimization, automation, system integration, and cross-functional enablement to improve organizational performance.

Fully Remote | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

AI WORKFLOW IMPLEMENTATION

  • Design, implement, and maintain AI-driven systems and automations across the organization.

  • Build agentic AI solutions for finance, operations, scheduling, and data management.

  • Identify business bottlenecks and implement AI-powered workflow improvements.

  • Partner with department leaders to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

PROCESS ANALYSIS & OPTIMIZATION

  • Audit existing workflows to identify redundancies, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.

  • Design AI solutions that improve reporting, operational execution, and decision-making.

  • Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI workflows to maximize business impact.

  • Recommend ongoing process improvements that support organizational growth.

TRAINING & AI ENABLEMENT

  • Develop training materials and documentation for AI tools and workflows.

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for cross-functional teams.

  • Support organization-wide adoption of AI initiatives.

  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to users of AI-enabled systems.

DATA & SYSTEMS INTEGRATION

  • Integrate AI tools with existing software platforms and business systems.

  • Track implementation outcomes using reporting and data analytics.

  • Ensure AI solutions comply with company standards and data security requirements.

  • Maintain reliable, scalable, and efficient AI-enabled workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience implementing AI solutions or workflow automations within business environments.

  • Experience designing and deploying AI-powered workflow solutions.

  • Experience implementing business process automation across multiple departments.

  • Experience integrating AI tools with business systems and software platforms.

  • Experience supporting AI adoption and organizational change initiatives.

SKILLS

  • Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools.

  • Strong understanding of workflow automation and business process optimization.

  • Experience building agentic AI solutions.

  • Strong understanding of finance, operations, scheduling, and CRM workflows.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to evaluate business processes and identify automation opportunities.

  • Experience integrating AI platforms with existing business systems.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience creating training materials and delivering end-user training.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments.
