Our client Looking for highly competent and ambitious Creative Strategists to join our client's team. This is not a beginner role. They are specifically looking for people who already understand direct-response marketing, customer psychology, and creative strategy within the DTC/e-commerce space.

We need a Creative who deeply understands:
customer psychology
emotional selling
direct-response advertising
consumer behavior
DTC marketing
trend analysis
performance creative
You must understand:
why products sell
why certain hooks work
how to emotionally connect with customers
how to create concepts that drive revenue
You should be able to analyze:
competitors
trends
winning ads
consumer behavior
creative performance data
and adapt winning ideas into concepts for the cliet.
You will be responsible for creating high-performing creative concepts across multiple formats,
including:
video concepts
UGC concepts
AI video concepts
static concepts
You will also:
write hooks and scripts
develop new creative angles
research trends and competitors
analyze what’s currently working in the market
study customer psychology and emotional drivers
help improve creative systems and workflows
collaborate with editors, creators, and the creative team
We are looking for people who can consistently produce strong creative output at high hit rates
Requirements
The ideal person:
already has experience in DTC/e-commerce
understands performance marketing
understands direct-response creative
has initiative and creativity
is ambitious and self-driven
can work independently
understands how to identify winning concepts
understands how to combine trends with customer psychology
