Our client is a fast-growing DTC supplement brand doing multiple 7 figures a month and on pace for $50M in revenue this year. They believe health should be something you genuinely look forward to every day, powered by the purest and most effective ingredients your body can actually absorb. Their vision is to be in every major retailer across the US alongside the biggest names in the category. They move with speed, have a team full of A players, and are building something generational.
Our client is looking for a Creative Producer to own the operational backbone of their creative team. They produce a high volume of direct response video ads and static ads every week across a team of creative strategists, video editors, and a graphic designer. You will make sure everything moves on time, revisions are clear and actioned fast, and the production pipeline never becomes the bottleneck on creative output.
Your mission: Make the creative machine run so efficiently that strategists only think about strategy and editors only think about editing.
Own the weekly creative production calendar across all active projects, formats, and team members
Track every piece of content from brief to final delivery and make sure nothing misses a deadline
Build and maintain production SOPs that keep the team aligned and reduce back and forth
Flag bottlenecks in the pipeline before they become delays
Manage project management tools to keep all creative work organized and visible
Serve as the first line of revision feedback on all video output before it goes to the strategist or founder for final review
Review editor output against the brief and give clear, specific, actionable revision notes
Make sure every video meets their quality standards and matches provided instructions before moving forward
Track revision rounds per editor and flag patterns that signal a training need
Serve as the operational hub between creative strategists, video editors, and the graphic designer
Run weekly creative production standups to align the team on priorities and unblock issues
Coordinate with the media buyer on creative launch timelines and asset delivery
Keep leadership informed on creative output volume, pipeline status, and any blockers
Requirements
Non-Negotiable
Proven experience in creative operations or production management at an 8-figure DTC brand or performance marketing agency
Strong understanding of direct response video production, including what makes a good brief and what revision notes are useful
Obsessively organized—you manage multiple concurrent projects without dropping anything
Clear and direct communicator—your revision notes are specific and actionable, not vague
High-autonomy operator who manages the production pipeline without needing to be managed
Active, fluent daily AI tool usage is mandatory, not optional. Our client expects you to embed AI into every workflow you touch from day one.
Nice to Have
Experience with ClickUp, Notion, or equivalent project management tools
Familiarity with video editing enough to understand what is feasible in a revision request
Experience in health, wellness, or supplement brands
