You will own the monthly financial reporting cycle across Wellhub's global operations, including acquired entities, ensuring leadership has a consolidated view of business performance, lead the preparation of the company's executive reporting package and transform financial and operational performance into clear, actionable narratives for the Executive Leadership Team. Working closely with the FP&A peers, you will focus on financial analysis, executive communication, and driving reporting excellence. You will also support forecasting and planning cycles, helping ensure the organization has timely, accurate information to make strategic decisions.

Analyze Actuals vs. Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year results, identifying key business drivers and translating variances into executive-level insights.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity across reported financial and KPI metrics.
Own the quarterly cohort reporting package, ensuring timely delivery and data accuracy.

Serve as a primary point of contact for leadership questions related to financial performance, KPIs, and reporting.
Support annual Budget, quarterly Forecast, and long-range planning processes as needed.

Identify opportunities to simplify recurring analyses while improving the quality and consistency of executive reporting.
Partner with peers to enhance reporting capabilities and leverage planning tools effectively.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial information into clear business insights and recommendations.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional inputs and influence without direct authority.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
Experience with Pigment (or other FP&A planning platforms), NetSuite, and Looker is a plus.
