We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Conversion Manager (English & Spanish Speaker) who’s ready to do more than just scan LinkedIn. You’ll uncover hidden talent, build outstanding sourcing pipelines, and turn data-driven insights into high-quality hires — all while keeping speed, precision, and candidate experience at the core.
Tasks:
* Conduct welcome calls to newly registered clients and introduce them to the platform
* Guide clients through key platform features, helping them take meaningful first steps toward activation
* Drive client conversion by proactively engaging users and moving them toward becoming active on the platform
* Inform clients about platform updates, new features, or important changes
* Address initial client questions and provide clear, helpful guidance
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions
* Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and improve the onboarding experience
Requirements:
* Fluent in English and Spanish — both written and spoken
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in phone-based client interactions
* Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Prior experience in a conversion, retention, or client success role
* Background in fintech, trading platforms, or digital products
* Familiarity with CRM tools and client outreach workflows
