Contract: Integration Project Manager (Finance & Global Entity Setup)

Our CW team members are located all over the world. --- We are seeking an experienced **Integration Project Manager** with a strong foundation in finance and operations to support a company build-out initiative. This role will focus on leading integration efforts for acquired entities while also managing the end-to-end setup of new legal entities across multiple countries. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution and alignment across all phases of the project lifecycle. ### Work/Project Scope: * Lead integration efforts for acquired entities across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. * Oversee end-to-end project execution for new legal entity creation in various global markets. * Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external experts to drive successful project outcomes. * Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope. * Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies related to global entity setup. * Provide clear, consistent updates and reporting to stakeholders across different levels of the organization. ### Must Haves (Required Skills): * Strong background in finance with the ability to understand and apply financial concepts. * Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally within integration or global expansion initiatives. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. * Ability to navigate complex, cross-border operational environments. --- Upwork is proudly committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.
