Consultor SAP FI Sênior

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior SAP FI Consultant based in Brazil.

This is a senior-level opportunity for an SAP professional to support the assessment and validation of solutions related to Brazil's Tax Reform. You will work across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments, evaluating the current solution design and identifying gaps, corrections, and redesign needs. The role is highly focused on ensuring that SAP solutions remain stable, compliant, and aligned with evolving tax requirements. You will also contribute to migration-related activities and define effective transport strategies to support reliable deployments. The position offers the opportunity to work on a business-critical transformation initiative within a collaborative and technically focused environment. The engagement is fully remote and initially planned for seven months, with potential for extension.

Accountabilities:

• Solution Assessment: Evaluate and validate existing SAP solution designs related to the Brazilian Tax Reform, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Gap Analysis: Identify functional and technical gaps, assessing where redesign, adjustments, or corrective actions are required to support the new tax landscape.
• SAP Environment Analysis: Work across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments, considering the implications of the Tax Reform and the transition between platforms.
• Migration Support: Contribute to the analysis and planning of ECC-to-S/4HANA migration scenarios, identifying potential impacts and dependencies.
• Transport Strategy: Define and support the strategy for Transport Requests (TRs), helping ensure controlled, stable, and traceable solution deployments.
• Solution Stability: Validate proposed changes and corrections to help maintain system stability and ensure adherence to new Brazilian tax requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with technical and business stakeholders, communicating findings, priorities, and recommended actions clearly and proactively.

Requirements:

• SAP Expertise: Solid experience working with SAP ECC and S/4HANA, with strong knowledge of SAP FI processes and environments.
• Tax Reform Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Brazilian Tax Reform and its implications for SAP solutions.
• Solution Design: Proven experience analyzing and validating solution designs, including identifying gaps and defining redesign or correction requirements.
• Migration Experience: Knowledge of ECC-to-S/4HANA migration processes, considerations, and potential impacts on existing solutions.
• Transport Management: Hands-on experience with Transport Requests (TRs) and the definition of transport strategies.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess complex scenarios, identify dependencies, and translate findings into practical solutions.
• Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and technical teams.
• Collaboration & Proactivity: A collaborative, proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize activities effectively.
• Availability: Comfortable working remotely on a seven-month service engagement, with the possibility of extension.
• Engagement Model: The position is offered under a service-provider (PJ) arrangement.
