Consultor SAP ABAP Sênior

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultor SAP ABAP Sênior based in Brazil.

This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced SAP ABAP professional to contribute to a strategic Tax Reform project within the SAP environment. You will play a key role in adapting and developing solutions to support evolving business and regulatory requirements. The position combines hands-on ABAP development with integrations, troubleshooting, and ongoing system improvements. You will work closely with technical and functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. The role offers an opportunity to apply your SAP expertise in a highly relevant transformation initiative. The engagement is structured as a four-month project under a PJ service-provider model.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and adapt SAP ABAP solutions to meet project and business requirements.
• Analyze, develop, test, and maintain ABAP programs and related technical components.
• Contribute to SAP adaptations required by the Brazilian Tax Reform.
• Support the development and maintenance of integrations and interfaces within the SAP environment.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, errors, and system inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Participate in project activities throughout analysis, development, testing, and implementation stages.
• Assess existing ABAP developments and identify opportunities for adjustments and improvements.
• Support troubleshooting and corrective activities to maintain solution stability.
• Ensure that technical deliverables align with project requirements and established development practices.
• Communicate progress, priorities, and technical challenges proactively with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage competing priorities and respond effectively to urgent project demands.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with SAP ABAP development.
• Previous experience working on projects related to Brazilian Tax Reform.
• Solid experience analyzing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining ABAP programs.
• Knowledge of SAP integrations and interfaces.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in SAP environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and functional teams.
• Proactive approach to identifying issues, proposing solutions, and moving activities forward.
• Strong sense of urgency, prioritization, and commitment to project deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining effective collaboration with the broader team.
• Availability to work on a four-month project under a PJ service-provider model.
