Consultor SAP ABAP HCM Sênior

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior SAP ABAP HCM Consultant based in Brazil.

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP HCM Consultant to contribute to a SAP upgrade project in a fully remote environment. In this senior-level role, you will leverage your technical expertise to adapt existing custom developments and ensure compatibility with the upgraded SAP landscape. You will play a key role in assessing technical impacts, resolving issues, and maintaining the reliability of HCM solutions throughout the upgrade process. The position offers an opportunity to work on a focused, four-month project that requires strong technical judgment and a collaborative approach. Success will depend on your ability to prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, and deliver high-quality technical adjustments.

Accountabilities

• Develop, maintain, and adapt SAP ABAP solutions within the HCM module.

• Support a SAP upgrade project by implementing the technical adjustments required for existing custom developments.

• Analyze the impact of the upgrade on current SAP objects, customizations, and functionalities.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and correct technical issues arising during the upgrade process.

• Validate the compatibility and proper functioning of existing solutions in the upgraded environment.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to prioritize activities, address technical challenges, and ensure quality delivery.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, with practical knowledge of the SAP HCM module.

• Proven experience participating in SAP upgrade projects, particularly adapting and adjusting existing custom developments.

• Strong ability to perform impact analyses, correct SAP objects, troubleshoot issues, and validate solution functionality after upgrades.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail.

• Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to teamwork.

• Ability to manage urgency, prioritize tasks effectively, and work toward project deadlines.

• Availability to work remotely under a service-provider (PJ) contract for a four-month engagement.
