We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our general contracting team in a full-time remote capacity. In this role, you will be embedded within our organization, working closely with project management and pre-construction teams to support national bidding and estimation efforts across the United States.

You will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating subcontractor pricing, and supporting end-to-end bid preparation for commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and material analysis from construction drawings and specifications

  • Support the full bid preparation and submission process

  • Collaborate with project managers during contract review and post-award project setup

  • Manage RFIs (Requests for Information) and submittals during the preconstruction phase

  • Use PlanHub and other estimating platforms to manage bidding workflows and subcontractor outreach

  • Assist project management teams across the project lifecycle as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of experience in construction estimating (flexible based on overall background)

  • Experience in general contracting or multi-trade commercial bidding

  • Strong understanding of construction pricing, cost breakdowns, and subcontractor coordination

  • Experience with national chain construction standards and repeat-project pricing models

  • Familiarity with regional market pricing, especially Florida, Arizona, Las Vegas, and Colorado

  • Experience supporting or collaborating with project management functions

  • Proficiency in PlanHub and/or PlanSwift estimating software

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

Preferred Attributes

  • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills

  • Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under deadlines

  • Experience working with U.S.-based general contractors

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proactive communication and ability to coordinate across distributed teams

Work Environment

  • Fully remote role (LATAM-based)

  • Direct collaboration with U.S.-based estimating and project management teams

  • Fast-paced construction bidding environment with recurring national projects
