About this Role.

On behalf of Connecteam, SD Solutions is looking for a talentedCall Schedulerto engage with existing paying customers proactively.

In this role, you will make outbound follow-up calls to active customers, build relationships, offer free training sessions, and help them maximize the value of the Connecteam platform. You will act as a helpful guide, ensuring customers feel supported and discover new ways to use the system effectively for their daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound follow-up calls (15-minute sessions) to offer free training sesions.

  • Maintain accurate daily reporting: calls made, meetings booked, qualified vs unqualified opportunities

  • Work closely with the Customer Success team for smooth handoffs and escalations

  • Working hours: 9 AM – 6 PM Central Time (CST) — required

Requirements:

  • Spotless/fluent English — non-negotiable (excellent spoken English is mandatory)

  • Strong willingness to work hard with a high volume of outbound calls daily

  • Confident, positive, and customer-oriented communication style

  • Ability to explain things clearly to non-technical users

  • Highly disciplined and organized

  • All other skills (product knowledge, sales techniques, etc.) can be taught

  • Working hours: 9 AM – 6 PM Central Time (CST) — required
