About this Role.
Our client is seeking a dedicated Community Outreach Specialist to enhance their community engagement efforts and support brand growth. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with community members, organizations, and stakeholders to foster a positive brand image and facilitate meaningful interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement community outreach programs and strategies that align with the organization's goals.
Identify and build relationships with key community partners, organizations, and influencers.
Organize and attend community events, workshops, and meetings to engage target audiences.
Collaborate with internal teams to create content and materials for outreach initiatives.
Monitor and report on outreach activities, community feedback, and engagement metrics.
Represent the company positively in various community forums and events.
Stay informed on community trends, opportunities, and challenges related to the industry.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in community outreach, public relations, or related roles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external partners.
Proactive and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital outreach tools is a plus.
