Client Portfolio Growth | Strategic Partnerships | Team Leadership
We’re a high-growth staffing agency evolving toward a structured pod model designed to support long-term client partnerships and scalable growth.
We’re hiring a Client Success Manager to own the performance and growth of a portfolio of client relationships while leading a small team responsible for hiring execution.
You’ll manage a portfolio of approximately 40–50 client accounts and oversee 2–3 Account Managers responsible for day-to-day client coordination.
This role is designed for someone who enjoys growing accounts, identifying expansion opportunities, and building long-term client partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own Portfolio Performance
You will be responsible for the overall health and growth of your client portfolio.
This includes:
- Driving Net Dollar Retention across accounts
- Expanding existing client relationships
- Identifying opportunities for deeper account penetration
- Forecasting hiring demand across your portfolio
- Monitoring account health and identifying risks early
- Leading renewal and expansion conversations with clients
Strategic Client Leadership
You will serve as the primary relationship owner for your client portfolio.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading strategic conversations with founders and executives
- Conducting quarterly client reviews
- Aligning hiring roadmaps with client budgets and priorities
- Ensuring clients see us as a long-term hiring partner
Team Leadership
You will manage 2–3 Account Managers (Hiring Experts) who:
- Run intake calls
- Manage hiring coordination
- Communicate daily with clients
- Coordinate search execution
Your role is to:
- Set performance expectations
- Review account health weekly
- Coach team members on complex client situations
- Step in during escalations
- Develop team members for senior roles
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 6–8+ years in staffing or recruiting agency environments
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proven ability to grow client relationships over time
- Strong commercial mindset and business judgment
- Experience leading client-facing team members
