We're looking for an organised, commercially minded Customer Success / Account Manager to manage a portfolio of client accounts and ensure an exceptional client experience from onboarding through ongoing account management.
This is a fast-paced, fully remote role requiring someone who can confidently manage client relationships, resolve issues professionally, and coordinate across multiple internal teams to keep client accounts operating smoothly.
Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise client accounts.
Manage day-to-day client relationships, requests, and ongoing communications.
Handle escalations and disputes (notice periods, conduct issues, client concerns) with sound judgement and professionalism.
Manage client communication regarding billing, service delivery, account performance, and operational updates.
Coordinate closely with Payroll, Talent Success, Recruitment, and Operations teams.
Proactively monitor client health, identifying risks before they become larger issues.
Build trusted client relationships so potential issues are surfaced early and resolved quickly.
Ensure an excellent customer experience while balancing client and internal business needs.

Requirements
2+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, Client Success, Customer Experience, or Account Executive experience
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
Comfortable handling difficult conversations and resolving escalations professionally
Experienced handling 20+ client accounts
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
Previous experience within a recruitment, staffing, or talent solutions business
Experience working with enterprise or B2B clients
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Experience collaborating with payroll or operational teams
