FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Client Relations Specialist - Spanish Speaker in Colombia (remote).
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relations Specialist to provide top-tier support and relationship management for our clients and partners in LATAM. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, fast issue resolution, and ongoing client satisfaction.
Reporting to: Regional Director
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms
Assist with account opening, KYC verification, deposits/withdrawals, and platform navigation (MT4/MT5, cTrader, TradingView or proprietary platforms)
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and/or institutional clients and partners to improve retention and client satisfaction
Provide guidance on trading tools, promotions, and company offerings in a professional, compliant manner
Proactively follow up with clients to ensure a smooth trading experience and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
Collect and report client feedback to help improve products, services, and support processes
Stay up to date with company policies, market news, and regulatory changes relevant to the Forex/CFDs industry
Candidate profile:
1–3+ years of experience in client support, account management, or a similar role in the Forex/CFDs or online trading industry
Native Spanish speaking and excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Understanding of MT4/MT5, cTrader, TradingView platforms, basic trading terminology, and financial markets
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle clients from different backgrounds and regions within Latam
High attention to detail, especially in handling sensitive client information
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends, if required
