Role Overview
We are seeking a high‑impact Chief of Staff to the CEO who will operate as an execution partner and force multiplier across the organization. This role is execution‑heavy and accountability‑driven, with responsibility for driving strategic initiatives forward, ensuring leadership follow‑through, and translating CEO priorities into concrete outcomes. While the role includes executive assistant responsibilities, it is not an EA role with stretch. It is a Chief of Staff role with embedded executive support, designed for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments, takes ownership without hesitation, and is comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels. The ideal candidate brings strong project management instincts, sound judgment, and the presence to work effectively with senior leaders, holding initiatives on track and outcomes accountable.
Schedule & Work Model

Key Responsibilities Chief of Staff & Strategic Execution
Act as an extension of the CEO across strategic and operational initiatives. Serve as a proxy for the CEO in meetings when needed—capturing decisions, clarifying direction, and driving alignment. Translate high‑level priorities and directives into structured execution plans with clear owners, timelines, and success metrics. Drive accountability across the leadership team by tracking commitments, deliverables, and follow‑through. Own and manage the company’s operating cadence, including leadership meetings, agendas, action items, OKR tracking, and follow‑ups. Lead and structure cross‑functional initiatives such as process improvements, change initiatives, and internal operating improvements. Identify execution bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues before they impact outcomes.
Project & Program Management
Track and coordinate organization‑wide initiatives, ensuring progress remains on schedule. Build scalable systems, frameworks, and workflows to support growth in a private‑equity‑backed environment. Support preparation of board materials, quarterly updates, executive reporting, and strategic summaries. Maintain visibility across priority initiatives and provide concise status updates to the CEO.
Executive Support (Secondary Focus)
Manage complex, multi‑time‑zone calendars with a strong emphasis on priority management and decision leverage. Coordinate global travel logistics, itineraries, and briefing materials. Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO, filtering information, managing inbound requests, and protecting focus and time. Support expense reporting, documentation management, and selected administrative tasks for the CEO and senior leadership team.
Communication & Documentation
Draft clear, structured executive communications, internal updates, and initiative summaries. Maintain highly organized documentation and decision records to ensure continuity and transparency. Prepare concise briefings, written summaries, and decision support materials for executive use.
Qualifications & Experience
3–5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant (strategic), Program Manager, or senior operations role. Demonstrated ability to drive execution, manage projects, and enforce accountability at senior levels. Strong written and verbal communication skills; clarity and structure are critical. Comfortable influencing without authority and navigating ambiguity. Proven ability to prioritize under pressure and adapt quickly in dynamic environments. High level of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; quick to adopt new tools and systems. Experience in high‑growth, private‑equity‑backed, or scaling environments preferred. Mindset matters more than pedigree: resilience, ownership, bias‑to‑action, and follow‑through are essential.
