Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Business Partner to the CFO to provide high-level strategic and operational support. The Executive Business Partner will act as a key collaborator in managing the CFO’s priorities, optimizing workflows, and driving initiatives that enhance financial performance and organizational effectiveness.
This remote role offers the opportunity to operate within a fast-paced environment, partnering closely with senior leadership to influence key decisions and deliver impactful outcomes.
Own and manage the CFO’s calendar across multiple Google accounts, ensuring optimal prioritization, scheduling, and time allocation
Triage and manage inbox communications, drafting responses and handling correspondence on behalf of the CFO
Prepare meetings end-to-end: agendas, materials, briefing docs, and ensure follow-ups and action items are executed
Oversee vendor and contract administration across 20+ active vendors, including tracking deliverables and performance
Manage renewal calendars, proactively flagging upcoming deadlines and negotiating timelines where needed
Support exit readiness initiatives, including coordination of documentation and M&A data room preparation
Coordinate with legal teams on contracts, compliance, and documentation workflows
Book and manage complex travel arrangements, including multi-leg and international itineraries
Handle personal and property-related coordination tasks with a high level of discretion and reliability
Build and optimize internal systems using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and DocuSign
Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and improve efficiency
Requirements
5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives (ideally CFO, COO, or General Counsel)
Proven experience in a fast-paced e-commerce or DTC environment
Strong experience managing complex calendars, inboxes, and executive communications
Hands-on experience with vendor management, contract administration, and renewal tracking
Exposure to legal coordination, compliance processes, or M&A support (data rooms, due diligence, etc.)
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and DocuSign
Strong spreadsheet skills (data tracking, organization, and reporting)
Familiarity with EOS/Traction frameworks is a strong plus
AI-native mindset with demonstrated use of tools like Claude or ChatGPT in daily workflows
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong judgment and ability to operate with discretion and confidentiality
Proactive, resourceful, and capable of operating with minimal supervision
