We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative with experience in SaaS or tech sales. This is a remote sales job focused on outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and identifying new business opportunities.
You will be responsible for engaging decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and setting up high-quality meetings for senior sales leaders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and wants to grow into an Account Executive role.
Execute outbound sales strategies through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients in target industries
Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
Schedule product demos and discovery calls for Account Executives
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Conduct market research and account mapping to improve targeting
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns
Consistently meet or exceed KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated)
Requirements
3+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or outbound sales roles
Background in SaaS, Tech, or B2B sales environments
Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
Comfortable working remotely with international teams
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
