FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, found in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Business Development Manager in Brazil.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our company in the region of Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets, a proven track record of acquiring and managing clients or partners (such as IBs and affiliates), and a deep understanding of the retail and/or institutional trading landscape.
Identify, develop, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners particularly in Brazil
Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through direct outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships
Develop and execute business development strategies in line with company goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and affiliates
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes in the FX/CFD industry
Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to ensure campaigns and partnerships are aligned and compliant
Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Regional Director
Represent the company at industry events, expos, and webinars
2+ years of experience in a business development/sales role within the Forex / CFDs or financial trading industry is a must
Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW retail/institutional clients
Solid understanding of MT4/MT5,cTrader and TradingView platforms, and the structure of brokerage services
Native Spanish and fluent in English
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a remote environment
Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
Experience expanding into emerging markets (e.g., LATAM)
Familiarity with affiliate platforms or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Cellxpert, Zendesk)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
