Helping talented Filipino individuals to land a work from home job.
Role type: Full-time, fully remote (Mexico or Argentina)
Salary Range: 1,800 - 2,200 / month
Schedule: Monday–Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM Eastern
Own the sales process from initial inquiry through booking and conversion.
Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and leads.
Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversions and revenue.
Conduct outreach to schools, community organizations, and potential partners to generate new business opportunities.
Reconnect with past clients and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
Educate prospects on our services and confidently recommend the best programs for their needs.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through booking.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, schools, and community partners.
Address questions and concerns professionally and proactively.
Ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence.
Coordinate bookings for private lessons, birthday parties, studio rentals, and programs.
Maintain accurate client records and sales activity tracking.
Manage follow-up schedules and outreach pipelines.
Ensure all bookings and client information are entered correctly into company systems.
✔ Proven experience in sales, business development, client success, or account management
✔ A confident communicator who can build rapport quickly and close opportunities effectively
✔ Highly organized with strong attention to detail
✔ Comfortable managing multiple conversations, follow-ups, and priorities simultaneously
✔ Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Forms, Docs, Gmail, and Calendar)
✔ Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
✔ Positive, adaptable, and open to feedback
Experience with MindBody or similar scheduling software
Experience in education, fitness, events, hospitality, or service-based businesses
Background in partnership development, outreach, or community engagement
Requirements
Strong sales experience with the ability to confidently close and handle objections
Excellent English (spoken and written) with clear, professional communication
Comfortable handling high-volume phone calls and client interactions
Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented
Professional, personable, and able to represent the brand at a high level
Benefits
Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
