You will turn non-compliant users into happy, licensed customers. * **Data Analysis & CRM Management 📊:** Analyze investigation data to evaluate scenarios, prepare detailed reports, and ensure all lead activities are accurately tracked in our CRM. * **Process Optimization 💡:** Actively document workflows and share knowledge to help us improve our engagement strategies for the Brazilian market. **🎯 THE IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE** * **Experience:** 1+ years of experience in sales, collections, business development, or customer engagement.
