Blender Animator

We are looking for a skilled Blender Animator to support the production of episodic and long-form 3D animated content for a fast-growing digital entertainment series in the interactive gaming and virtual content space. The role involves creating high-quality animations using Blender, working with pre-built or game-based assets, and helping bring engaging characters and environments to life for serialized storytelling content. This is an opportunity to contribute to a creative project with strong audience traction, with potential for ongoing and expanded content production. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Create high-quality 3D animations using Blender * Work with existing character and environment assets for episodic content * Animate character performances, actions, and scenes based on scripts or storyboards * Ensure smooth, expressive, and narrative-driven animation sequences * Collaborate with creative leads to refine storytelling and pacing * Prepare animations for rendering and post-production workflows * Maintain consistency across episodes and evolving content formats * Support scaling of production into longer-form content **Requirements** * Strong experience in Blender (animation-focused workflow) * Solid understanding of animation principles (timing, weight, motion, acting) * Experience working with pre-rigged or game-style 3D assets * Ability to interpret storyboards, scripts, or creative direction * Portfolio demonstrating character animation work * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative production environment **Nice to have** * Experience in game-inspired or real-time animation workflows * Familiarity with episodic storytelling or serialized content * Experience in lighting, rendering, or scene composition in Blender * Motion graphics or VFX background * Experience producing content for YouTube, streaming platforms, or social media **Benefits** Hireframe provides nearshore and offshore staffing solutions, operating as a remote-first organization with team members located in the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines.
