Job Title: Bilingual HHA Compliance Coordinator

Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (45-minute break)
Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST (30-minute break)
About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented HHA Compliance Coordinator to join our growing home care team. This role is essential in ensuring that all Home Health Aides (HHAs) meet compliance standards and are fully cleared to work. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HHA Exchange, a strong understanding of HHA medical and onboarding requirements, and the ability to manage compliance processes in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our caregiver population.
Key Responsibilities
Review and ensure all HHA files meet compliance and regulatory requirements
Verify medical documentation, including physicals, PPD/Quantiferon, immunizations, and other required clearances
Maintain and update caregiver records in HHA Exchange accurately and in a timely manner
Monitor compliance expirations and proactively follow up with caregivers for renewals
Communicate with caregivers to collect missing documentation and ensure timely completion
Coordinate with recruitment and onboarding teams to ensure caregivers are cleared to start cases
Assist with audits and ensure readiness for DOH and internal compliance reviews
Track and report compliance status, expirations, and deficiencies
Ensure all documentation is properly uploaded and maintained in the system
Qualifications
Prior experience in home care compliance required
Strong working knowledge of HHA Exchange
Knowledge of HHA medical requirements and onboarding documentation
Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Self-starter with a proactive and motivated work ethic
