About this Role.

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Dental Front Desk Receptionist to support our client’s office in a fully remote setting. This role is ideal for someone who excels at creating a warm, engaging patient experience and knows how to build trust from the very first interaction. The right candidate is personable, proactive, and skilled at guiding patients so they feel confident choosing and staying with the clinic.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming and professional experience to every patient

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with a friendly, confident, and service-driven approach

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments while maximizing provider availability and minimizing gaps

  • Proactively follow up with patients to confirm visits, re-engage inactive patients, and reduce cancellations

  • Build rapport with patients, address concerns, and highlight the value of the clinic’s services to encourage retention

  • Provide clear, helpful information about treatments, services, and next steps to support patient decision-making

  • Handle appointment changes and resolve scheduling issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

  • Contribute to a smooth, organized, and patient-focused virtual front desk environment

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a U.S.-based dental office (front desk, patient coordinator, or similar role) is a MUST. Candidates without this experience will not be considered***.***

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), with the ability to engage patients confidently, build rapport, and create a positive first impression

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a natural ability to connect with patients, address concerns, and encourage appointment commitment and retention

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely, with the ability to manage tasks independently while maintaining high performance

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and ensure a smooth patient experience at all times

Please note that this is a full-time contractor position (40 hours per week) with a pay rate of 7 – 8 per hour depending on skillset and experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
