We are looking for a highly qualified Immigration Court Paralegal to work hand-in-hand with our legal team and Attorney Auguy in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Requirements

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

  • Technical Knowledge: Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration law with a robust focus on immigration court cases. (Motions, Removal, AOS, Notions to appear)

  • Bilingual: B2-C1 proficiency in English.

  • Legal Skills: Excellent legal research skills, technical document drafting, and meticulous file organization.

  • Soft Skills: Assertive communication, deep empathy toward the immigrant community, excellent time management, and strict professional ethics and confidentiality.

  • Mindset: High attention to detail, adaptability to changing legislation, and a strong teamwork orientation.
