We are looking for Virtual Professionals in Argentina and Colombia. This is a fully remote position for the role of Bilingual Construction Project Manager VA (Field Operations & Execution Control)
This role owns the day-to-day execution layer of construction projects across field crews, internal managers, and clients for a fast-moving sign manufacturing and installation business.
You are not supporting project managers—you are actively running coordination across multiple live projects in real time, ensuring nothing stalls between field execution → communication → client delivery → invoicing handoff.
You will manage ~10 project stages per job, coordinate Spanish-speaking field crews, handle client communication, and keep CRM data aligned with real-world progress.
This role operates in constant motion. If you wait for instructions, avoid direct communication with field crews, or struggle managing multiple live projects at once, you will fail in this environment.
Success is measured by:
projects moving without delays caused by communication gaps
field crews and clients always aligned on next steps
CRM accurately reflecting real field reality
no “lost” or stalled projects in the pipeline
clean handoff from completion → invoicing → closure
Actively manage projects across ~10 lifecycle stages from initiation to closeout
When a project moves (or stalls), immediately update CRM and identify what is blocking progress
Detect delays before managers or clients ask for updates
Push projects forward by coordinating directly with field crews, internal teams, and clients
Ensure every project has a clear next action at all times
Close out projects fully including completion confirmation, documentation, and handoff to invoicing
When field crews (Spanish-speaking) report issues, immediately translate, clarify, and coordinate resolution with internal managers
When internal instructions are unclear, actively confirm with both sides instead of waiting
Maintain continuous Slack, WhatsApp, CRM communication flow without delays
Prevent miscommunication between office planning and field execution
Step into live coordination issues when crews are blocked or instructions conflict
When client inquiries or calls come in, respond immediately or route with full context
Handle overflow calls without letting opportunities drop or responses delay
Translate technical field updates into clear client-facing communication
Manage expectations around timelines, delays, scope, and execution status
Prevent client confusion by proactively updating before they request status
When projects stall, identify exactly where breakdown occurred (crew, materials, scheduling, approval, CRM gap)
Step into stalled workflows and re-activate progress through direct coordination
Escalate only after attempting resolution with full context and documentation
Track recurring bottlenecks and flag systemic issues to leadership
Ensure no project remains “inactive” without clear ownership and next step
When small project requests come in, use AI estimation tools to generate quick structured cost outputs
Input accurate field data into estimation templates without deviation
Validate estimates against known constraints before submission
Ensure estimates are delivered fast enough to support sales conversion cycles
Flag inconsistencies or missing data instead of guessing
When field work is completed, confirm completion with crews and internal stakeholders
Ensure CRM status matches real-world completion
Trigger invoicing handoff workflows through QuickBooks visibility process
Confirm that no project is left open after completion
Maintain clean closeout records for every job
Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required for direct field crew coordination
Proven experience in project coordination, construction ops, or field-based execution roles
Ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously without losing detail
Strong comfort communicating directly with field crews and clients under pressure
Experience using CRM systems for real-time operational tracking
Ability to resolve issues independently before escalation
Strong tolerance for fast-paced, high-interruption operational environments
Must be proactive—waiting for instructions is a failure mode
Must be comfortable operating across unclear or partially built systems
Candidates without real operational coordination experience in fast-moving environments will not succeed.
