Job Title: Social Media & Content Creator | UGC, Growth & Social Commerce (Part or Full Time)
Location: Remote | Open to Part Time or Full Time
USD Salary: 10-12/hour (Negotiable based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday. 9AM - 5PM MST
Our partner is a clean beauty self-tanning brand (soon to be expanding into wellness) built on a simple premise: hormone-safe, skincare-first products that actually work. Founder-led, bootstrapped brand growing fast across TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest - and they are looking for someone to join in on early growth!
This is a high-output, high-ownership role. You'll be on camera. You'll use AI tools. You'll help build a community that buys.
Content Delivery Goals (Weekly):
5 Reels
10 TikToks
Live selling on TikTok
2 in-feed posts (IG and Facebook)
3–4 Story frames per day (IG and TikTok)
3 Pinterest pins
What We Need
On-camera confidence - you will be a face of this brand and responsible for sales across social platforms.
Hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest
Familiarity with AI tools for content, photography/videography (or a strong willingness to learn fast)
Genuine interest in beauty and wellness — this has to be a space you actually care about
Organized, reliable, able to hit weekly targets without hand-holding
Strong communication skills, especially working async across time zone
Content Strategy & Planning
Work with Founder to define and refine content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and any emerging channels
Own and maintain the monthly content calendar across all platforms
Ideate and pitch creative concepts weekly - staying ahead of trends, sounds, and formats that fit the brand
Content Creation & Execution
Be on camera regularly as a face of the brand — UGC-style, authentic, no heavy production
Use AI photography and visual tools to supplement and scale content production
Manage the full production cycle: concept, filming, editing, posting
Social Media Management
Manage day-to-day presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and Facebook
Engage with the community - comments, DMs, and building real relationships with followers
Social Commerce & Growth
Own social channel growth as a KPI — follower count, reach, and engagement are yours to move
Own social-driven revenue as a KPI — you are directly responsible for generating sales through our social channels
Drive sales through TikTok Lives, shoppable content, and platform-native commerce features (TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping)
As paid social scales, be a key voice in deciding what organic content becomes an ad
Reporting
Track weekly and monthly benchmarks across all platforms: reach, engagement, follower growth, and social-attributed revenue
Deliver a simple performance recap to founder regularly with clear takeaways and recommendations
Connect content performance to sales data so we always know what's working and why
Requirements
This position requires regular on-camera presence for content creation, so confidence and comfort with filming yourself are essential.
Strong interest and familiarity with beauty and wellness products
Ability to align authentically with a female-focused brand
Ability to leverage AI for content creation and editing
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Creative mindset with ability to generate fresh content ideas
Experience with TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and other social platforms
Comfortable participating in photoshoots and video production
Ability to organize and manage content calendars and deliverables
