About this Role.
Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires:
Backend Software Engineer
Technical Skills:
Java 17 or higher; Kotlin, Spring Boot; focused on High-volume transactions
Microservices and event-driven architectures.
Databases: Yugabyte, Cassandra or MongoDB
Kubernetes: deployments, services, pods, StatefulSets, ConfigMaps, secrets.
REST API design including authentication, HTTP verbs/status codes, and Swagger documentation.
Messaging systems: Kafka, RabbitMQ (publish/subscribe).
Cloud platforms: Azure and GCP (hybrid deployments).
Version control using Git.
Testing: JUnit and Mockito.
Nice to Have:
CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, Harness and Rancher.
Dependency management: Gradle.
WebFlux (reactive programming).
ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
