Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Warm Caller / Appointment Setter to support our outreach efforts. The role will focus on connecting with warm leads, building rapport, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to warm leads and prospective clients.
• Build rapport and engage prospects in professional conversations.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria and identify potential opportunities.
• Schedule appointments with qualified prospects for the appropriate team member.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointment outcomes.
• Follow up with prospects as needed to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Handle questions and objections professionally and confidently.
• Collaborate with the team to improve calling and appointment-setting strategies.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in warm calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead generation is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, friendly, and comfortable speaking with prospects.
• Strong listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
