About this Role.

On behalf of the AutomationTech Client #1, SD Solutions is looking for a talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven experience in the US B2B SaaS market to join our growing team.

In this role, you will focus on outbound prospecting, engaging decision-makers at target companies, and booking qualified meetings for our AI-driven no-code automation platform. You will research prospects, run multi-channel outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn), tailor messaging to specific pain points, and build a strong sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach

  • Research and identify target accounts within the defined ICP

  • Engage C-level executives and decision-makers with personalized messaging

  • Present and explain the value of our no-code automation platform

  • Qualify leads and book discovery meetings for the sales team

  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity tracking in the CRM

  • Continuously refine outreach strategies, messaging, and targeting

  • Hit weekly/monthly activity and meeting-booking targets

Requirements:

  • 1–2+ years of hands-on SDR/BDR experience in outbound B2B SaaS/tech (must-have)

  • Proven experience prospecting and selling to US-based companies (must-have)

  • Strong track record of booking meetings and consistently building a pipeline

  • Confidence in communicating with C-level executives

  • Ability to quickly understand business processes and adapt messaging to different industries and use cases

  • Experience with multi-channel outbound (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)

  • Familiarity with lead generation tools — ZoomInfo, Apollo (strong plus)

  • CRM experience (Monday.com preferred)

  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset

  • Structured, organized, and able to work independently
