Job Overview:

We’re looking for an Associate Digital Designer to support high-volume email campaign and web banner production across Rugs Direct and Lightopia. The role focuses on creating consistent, high-quality marketing assets for eCommerce retail, particularly within the home décor and interior design space, ensuring fast and accurate delivery across digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Produce email campaign creatives and web banners for promotions and eCommerce marketing
• Resize, adapt, and optimise digital assets for multiple platforms and devices
• Deliver high-volume, time-sensitive creative requests while maintaining quality and consistency
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and design teams to execute campaigns
• Maintain organised asset libraries and ensure brand consistency across channels
• Review all creative for accuracy and production readiness before delivery

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 3+ years’ experience in graphic or digital design, ideally in eCommerce or retail (home décor / lifestyle preferred)
• Strong experience in email design production and web banner creation
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple fast-turnaround projects
• Experience working with collaborative tools (Monday.com, Google Workspace, Dropbox)

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g. Bee, Attentive)
• Experience working in macOS with Adobe Creative Suite
• Social media or eCommerce promotional asset experience
