This role is a key entry point into relationship management within a high-performing, client-focused banking environment. You will support the management of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client portfolios while learning how to build long-term, trust-based relationships. Working closely with senior relationship managers and customer success teams, you will gain hands-on exposure to client onboarding, account servicing, and cross-selling activities. The position offers a structured development path into client-facing responsibilities, with increasing ownership over time. You will operate in a fast-paced, global, and fully remote environment where collaboration and proactive learning are essential. This is an opportunity to develop deep expertise in private banking and financial services while contributing to a “client for life” experience.
Accountabilities:
You will be responsible for supporting relationship managers in delivering high-quality service to clients while progressively building your own client management capabilities and revenue contribution skills.
* Support the onboarding, servicing, and ongoing management of UHNW and family office clients across multiple financial products.
* Assist in identifying client needs and learning how to propose tailored solutions aligned with risk profiles and financial objectives.
* Shadow senior relationship managers and contribute to daily client account operations and communication.
* Participate in client calls, pitches, and cross-selling initiatives to support revenue growth and business development.
* Help manage and prioritize client requests to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
* Assist in developing and expanding a client portfolio following an initial training period.
* Attend industry and regional events to support brand visibility and lead generation efforts.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience across onboarding and lifecycle management.
Requirements:

You are a motivated and client-oriented professional with a strong interest in financial services and relationship management, eager to grow in a high-performance environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in financial services, banking, sales, or client-facing roles (preferred but not required).
* Strong interest in financial markets, with a plus for knowledge of Bitcoin or crypto.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
* Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Fluency in English is required.
* Additional language skills such as Chinese, Japanese, or Korean are considered a plus.
* Nice-to-haves: exposure to UHNW clients, family offices, or wealth management environments.
