We are seeking an Architectural Coordinator to support our Architect of Record in overseeing architectural compliance, code review, and permitting across our commercial real estate portfolio. This mid-senior level role is critical to the integrity and efficiency of our development process, requiring strong experience with U.S.-based projects and solid understanding of construction documentation and building codes. The position involves collaborating with internal development teams, external design consultants, and general contractors to support drawing production, permit submittals, and ensure technical alignment from entitlement through construction. The role supports the Architect of Record without stamping authority or final compliance responsibility.
