We are looking for a motivated and energetic Appointment Setter to join our growing solar sales team. This is a commission-based opportunity focused on outbound calling to homeowners, generating interest in solar energy solutions, and scheduling qualified appointments for our Solar Consultants.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to homeowners using provided leads and dialing systems
Introduce and generate interest in residential solar solutions
Qualify homeowners based on established criteria
Handle objections professionally and confidently
Educate prospects on the benefits of going solar
Schedule qualified appointments for the Solar Sales Team
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointment outcomes

Requirements
Strong English communication skills, both spoken and writte
Confident and professional speaking voic
Previous sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, SDR, or customer-facing experience preferre
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound call
Strong objection-handling and conversation management skill
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to scripts and processes quickl
