Position Overview:
We are expanding rapidly and are seeking two skilled and motivated Appointment Setters to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in our growth by initiating conversations with attorneys, qualifying their interests, and ultimately setting appointments for our sales team. If you are a self-starter who thrives on building relationships and has a passion for helping professionals establish their authority, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inbound and outbound outreach to attorneys, initiating conversations to gauge interest in our podcast services.
Engage in meaningful dialogues by asking insightful questions and effectively handling objections.
Demonstrate persistence through consistent follow-up until clear decisions are made (yes or no).
Schedule calls for our team with interested leads.
Maintain organization of leads using our CRM and scheduling tools.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or business development roles (SDR, BDR).
Strong capability in outreach and follow-up communications.
Comfortable engaging with legal professionals and navigating gatekeepers.
Excellent verbal communication skills, confident speaking on calls.
High degree of organization and a self-motivated work ethic.
Experience working with lawyers or marketing agencies is a significant advantage.
Native English speaker preferred.
Technical Requirements:
Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
Familiarity with CRM tools and scheduling software.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for starting conversations and building rapport.

Benefits
Salary: 2,400 – 2,500 per month.
Bonus Structure:
$25 for each appointment that leads to a contract sent.
$75 for any client purchase.
$100 total bonus for each successful deal.
