Appointment Setter Salary – Fully Remote Work From Home Role 10/hr – 12/hr - Part-Time (20h per week) with potential ramp up to full-time
Role Our client is looking for an Appointment Setter to support the lead management and appointment booking process of a life insurance agency.
In this role, you will be responsible for calling leads and getting appointments booked directly onto the client’s calendar. You will also support the scheduling and coordination process by managing Zoom meetings, confirming time zones, and sending follow up updates regarding calls and appointments.
Responsibilities: • Handle outbound calls with leads and schedule appointments on the client’s calendar • Confirm lead information, appointment details, and time zones • Send follow up texts and communication updates regarding calls and bookings • Schedule and coordinate Zoom meetings and other virtual appointments • Maintain accurate records and scheduling workflows
Requirements: • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) – C1/C2 level • Tech savvy and comfortable using Zoom and scheduling platforms • Comfortable handling daily outbound phone calls with leads • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Highly Preferred: • Experience using GoHighLevel • Experience using CRM systems • Previous appointment setting or sales support experience
Nice to Have: • Advanced experience with Excel or Google Sheets • Customer service background
Location Remote
Availability Part-Time (20h per week) with potential ramp up to full-time Must be available Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM Central U.S. Time
