This role is part of a high-criticality international operations environment, supporting Core Banking systems with strong technical depth and responsibility. The professional will act as a key reference in the stability, performance, and continuity of mission-critical applications, ensuring uninterrupted business operations. Working in a complex and dynamic ecosystem, the analyst will handle advanced incident resolution, system monitoring, and technical troubleshooting across multiple integrated technologies. The position demands strong analytical capability, precision, and ownership in environments where downtime is not an option. Accountabilities:Act as a senior reference in the support and sustenance of Core Banking applications in Micro Focus Gravity environments, ensuring high availability and system stability.

• Monitor and maintain critical applications, proactively identifying and resolving performance or availability issues.

• Perform advanced troubleshooting of production incidents, including analysis of COBOL programs and legacy code behavior.

• Execute and monitor batch processing routines using JCL and Control-M, ensuring operational continuity.

• Support and administer Linux environments, performing diagnostics and resolving infrastructure-related issues.

• Manage and monitor system integrations using MQ Series and ensure reliable data flow across systems.

• Utilize observability tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, or Prometheus to analyze system performance and detect anomalies.

• Coordinate incident resolution processes through ServiceNow, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.

• Apply ITIL best practices to incident, problem, and change management processes.

• Collaborate with technical and business teams to maintain stability of Core Banking platforms and improve operational efficiency.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in monitoring, automation, and operational processes.

Requirements:

Strong experience in supporting and maintaining mission-critical application environments, preferably in financial or large-scale enterprise systems.

• Hands-on experience with Micro Focus Gravity environments.

• Solid knowledge of COBOL for reading and analyzing legacy code.

• Strong experience with JCL and batch processing operations.

• Advanced Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience with Control-M for job scheduling and monitoring.

• Knowledge of MQ Series for system integration and messaging.

• Familiarity with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, or Prometheus.

• Experience working with ITIL processes and ServiceNow for incident and service management.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset in high-availability environments.

• Intermediate to advanced English and Spanish for interaction with international teams.

• Experience in Core Banking or large financial systems is a strong advantage.

• Exposure to mainframe modernization or hybrid legacy-modern architectures is a plus.
