This role offers the opportunity to contribute to end-to-end recruitment and selection processes in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You will help define effective sourcing strategies, identify qualified candidates, and create a positive experience throughout the hiring journey. The position combines candidate engagement, behavioral interviewing, scheduling, and recruitment operations. You will work closely with both clients and candidates, ensuring clear and consistent communication at every stage. Strong organization and attention to detail will be essential for maintaining accurate ATS records and recruitment databases. Accountabilities:
As a Recruitment and Selection Analyst, you will support recruitment processes from candidate sourcing through interviews and ongoing communication with stakeholders. You will combine practical recruitment expertise with organization, responsiveness, and a human-centered approach to candidate and client interactions.

• Define and implement strategies for advertising open positions and sourcing qualified candidates.
• Identify and attract candidates through appropriate recruitment channels and databases.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment activities efficiently.
• Conduct candidate interviews and behavioral assessments.
• Evaluate candidates against established role requirements and recruitment criteria.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the ATS and recruitment databases.
• Maintain regular and professional communication with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Communicate consistently with clients and provide appropriate updates throughout recruitment processes.
• Support a smooth, organized, and positive candidate experience.
• Manage multiple recruitment activities while maintaining focus on deadlines and quality of delivery.
• Requirements:
• The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in recruitment and selection, strong communication skills, and a structured approach to managing multiple hiring activities. You should be comfortable conducting interviews, engaging with candidates, maintaining recruitment systems, and working in a results-oriented environment.
  • Completed higher education degree.
  • At least 1 year of proven professional experience in Recruitment and Selection (R&S).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience conducting interviews and behavioral assessments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to define candidate sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail when maintaining ATS records and candidate databases.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and motivated by professional challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a human-centered approach to recruitment.
  • Ability to maintain clear and consistent communication with both clients and candidates.
  • Previous experience working in a recruitment and selection consultancy is considered an advantage.
