Analista de QA Sênior

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de QA Sênior based in Brazil.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of complex software solutions across web, API, mobile, and service layers. You will work closely with development and product teams to design robust testing strategies and prevent issues before they reach production. The environment is highly technical, agile-driven, and focused on continuous delivery and automation. You will play a key role in building and maintaining scalable test frameworks that support CI/CD pipelines. This position requires strong analytical thinking and hands-on automation skills to improve product reliability at scale. You will contribute directly to user satisfaction by ensuring high-quality digital experiences across multiple platforms. It is a collaborative and innovation-oriented setting where quality engineering is a core pillar of delivery.

Accountabilities:* Design and execute comprehensive test strategies covering functional, integration, regression, performance, security, and exploratory testing

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Web, API, mobile, and desktop applications

• Create and manage test cases using BDD practices and ensure proper coverage of user flows and edge cases

• Identify, report, and track defects while collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution

• Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated testing into delivery workflows

• Build queries and datasets for test data preparation and validation

• Maintain and evolve test automation frameworks ensuring scalability and reliability

• Work closely with Agile teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle

Requirements:

• Solid experience in QA engineering with focus on automation and software quality assurance

• Strong knowledge of C# and testing automation frameworks

• Experience with databases such as Oracle and MongoDB

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, RestSharp, JMeter, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, and Git

• Knowledge of test methodologies including functional, integration, performance, and load testing

• Experience writing test cases using BDD and Gherkin syntax

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

• Ability to analyze systems, identify risks, and propose quality improvements

• Experience with relational and non-relational databases

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
