Analista de QA

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de QA based in Brazil.

You will join a technology-driven environment focused on ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital products across multiple platforms and systems. In this role, you will be responsible for validating software functionality, identifying defects, and ensuring that solutions meet both technical and business requirements before release. You will work closely with development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to guarantee that applications are reliable, stable, and aligned with user expectations. The position involves both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile environments, contributing directly to product excellence. You will also play an important role in continuous improvement initiatives, helping to strengthen QA processes and testing strategies. Accountabilities:* Plan, execute, and document functional and non-functional software testing activities.

• Analyze system requirements to ensure full coverage and alignment with quality standards.

• Perform manual and automated tests across frontend, backend, and mobile applications.

• Identify, report, and track software defects throughout the development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues effectively.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and testing methodologies.

• Support product demonstrations and clarify system functionalities for stakeholders when needed.

Requirements:

• Experience as a QA Analyst or Software Tester in web, backend, and/or mobile environments.

• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, test planning, and test case design.

• Experience with manual testing and exposure to test automation tools or frameworks.

• Ability to interpret system requirements and translate them into test scenarios.

• Familiarity with bug tracking tools and defect lifecycle management.

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and product teams.

• Good communication skills for reporting issues and presenting findings.

• Nice to have: experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
