About this Role.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Marketing para Parceiros based in Brazil.

This role is focused on building and strengthening strategic marketing initiatives within a partner ecosystem, with the goal of turning ERP partners into active promoters and consistent generators of new business. You will act as the bridge between internal marketing teams and external partners, designing joint strategies that create value on both sides and drive measurable revenue impact. The position requires a strong balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, especially across campaigns, events, and co-marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for increasing partner engagement, improving conversion performance, and ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders in a complex ecosystem. A key part of your work will involve analyzing results, optimizing actions based on data, and continuously improving partner-driven demand generation. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in relationship-driven environments and enjoys turning partnerships into scalable growth channels.

Accountabilities:* Plan and execute a structured marketing calendar focused on partner engagement and activation within the ERP ecosystem.

  • Develop and run campaigns, incentives, and initiatives that encourage partners to generate new business opportunities.

  • Strengthen relationships with strategic partners through regular alignment meetings, joint planning, and co-marketing activities.

  • Design and implement marketing strategies across multiple channels, including events, social media, case studies, and digital campaigns.

  • Manage marketing budget allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources and strong ROI across initiatives.

  • Track and analyze performance metrics across the funnel, using insights to optimize campaigns and partner activation strategies.

  • Support training and development initiatives for partner engagement programs, contributing to structured learning journeys and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with design, copywriting, and production teams to ensure consistent and high-quality execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in Marketing, preferably in B2B environments or channel/partner-based models.

  • Strong strategic thinking ability, with capacity to analyze scenarios and design effective growth initiatives.

  • Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution across multiple simultaneous projects.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as RD Station and CRM tools such as Salesforce.

  • Proactive and organized profile, with strong ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and multiple workstreams.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in channel marketing or partner ecosystem strategies.

  • Background in SaaS or B2B software companies.

  • Knowledge of growth marketing strategies and funnel optimization.

  • Familiarity with industries such as manufacturing, distribution, or B2B commerce.
