In this role, you will be at the center of a strategic transformation journey, driving the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies across the organization. You will act as a catalyst for innovation, identifying high-impact opportunities where AI can generate measurable business value and operational efficiency. The position combines technical depth with strong business acumen, requiring someone capable of translating complex AI capabilities into practical, scalable solutions. You will also play a key role in shaping an innovation-driven culture, enabling teams to adopt new tools and ways of working. Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will partner with multiple departments to design, test, and implement AI-powered solutions. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on productivity, product development, and digital transformation initiatives.
Accountabilities:* Lead the cultural and technological transformation through the adoption of AI tools, including generative AI, machine learning, and automation solutions.
Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in business processes that can be optimized through AI-driven approaches.
Design, test, and implement AI solutions such as advanced prompts, automated workflows, and AI agents integrated into daily operations.
Facilitate innovation initiatives by connecting internal teams with startups, vendors, and technology partners.
Monitor emerging technologies and trends to ensure continuous evolution and competitiveness in AI adoption.
Define, track, and analyze innovation KPIs, demonstrating ROI and business impact of implemented solutions.
Deliver workshops and training sessions to promote AI literacy and encourage cross-functional adoption.
Strong innovation mindset, hands-on profile, curiosity, critical thinking, and fast learning ability.
Proven practical experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini), prompt engineering, and AI automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar).
Experience with low-code/no-code AI platforms and workflow automation solutions.
Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, business-oriented solutions across different functions (Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and lead change.
Nice to have: basic/intermediate Python for data/AI, experience in startups or innovation hubs, and familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
