This role is part of a high-impact infrastructure operations team focused on analyzing, optimizing, and securing complex enterprise network environments. You will act as a senior technical consultant, providing expert guidance on network and security architecture while supporting clients in improving performance, resilience, and risk posture. The position combines deep hands-on technical expertise with a strong advisory component, requiring the ability to translate complex infrastructure challenges into clear recommendations. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to assess environments, identify vulnerabilities, and support critical infrastructure decisions. Working in a global, inclusive, and innovation-driven organization, you will contribute to mission-critical projects that directly impact enterprise clients’ digital transformation journeys. This is a remote-first role with occasional on-site engagement for key deliveries.
Accountabilities:
* Analyze and assess client network and security infrastructures, identifying risks, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for improvement.
* Provide expert consulting on network and security solutions, supporting strategic decision-making for enterprise environments.
* Produce detailed technical assessments, documentation, and recommendations covering architecture, resources, and optimization opportunities.
* Support incident resolution and troubleshooting activities when required, ensuring service stability and performance.
* Participate in the delivery and follow-up of complex infrastructure implementation projects.
* Prepare and deliver technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and architectural proposals to clients and stakeholders.
* Contribute to the development of new service offerings and best practices within the network and security domain.
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement of infrastructure services.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Network Engineering, or related fields.
* Strong hands-on experience in network and security operations, including routing, switching, firewalls, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
* Deep understanding of network and security architecture principles and enterprise infrastructure design.
* Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, authentication systems, and related tools.
* Certifications such as CCNP Enterprise/Security or Palo Alto PCNSE/NGFW Engineer are highly valued.
* Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate with international clients and vendors.
* Strong analytical thinking and ability to diagnose and solve complex infrastructure issues.
* Excellent communication skills with a consultative and client-facing mindset.
