Working closely with agile development teams, you will help embed quality early in the software lifecycle, contributing to faster and safer deliveries. The position requires a strong technical mindset combined with leadership in defining best practices for automation and testing. You will interact with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and architects to continuously improve engineering quality standards. Accountabilities:* Develop, maintain, and evolve automated testing frameworks to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability across applications.

• Design and execute comprehensive automated testing strategies covering functional, regression, integration, UI, performance, and security testing.

• Participate actively in agile ceremonies, contributing to quality planning from early stages of development.

• Identify, report, and track defects throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring proper resolution and validation.

• Collaborate with development, product, and architecture teams to improve testing processes and overall software quality.

• Act as a technical reference for QA practices, supporting the definition and adoption of best practices in test automation.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in test automation engineering in complex software environments.

• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Robot Framework, Playwright, JUnit, or PyTest.

• Strong knowledge of testing types, including functional, regression, UI, integration, performance, and security testing.

• Experience working in agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Strong technical and analytical skills to design effective test strategies and identify system issues.

• Proficiency in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and architects.

• Strong communication, proactivity, leadership mindset, and ability to support technical decision-making.
