AI Systems & Automation Architect

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a AI Systems & Automation Architect based in Brazil.

This role sits at the intersection of systems engineering, automation, and product innovation, with a strong focus on transforming operational workflows into scalable AI-driven infrastructure. You will play a central role in designing intelligent systems that power internal operations, client delivery, and future SaaS products. Working closely with leadership, you will translate complex business needs into automated, high-performance systems using tools like ClickUp, AI agents, and modern integration platforms. The environment is fast-paced, experimental, and highly execution-oriented, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on building. You will be responsible for turning abstract ideas into structured, scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and increase efficiency. This is a high-impact role where your work directly shapes the evolution from service-based operations to product-driven innovation.

Accountabilities:* Design and develop AI-powered agents to automate internal workflows, operational tasks, and service delivery processes.

• Architect and implement advanced ClickUp systems, including dashboards, automations, templates, and scalable project structures.

• Build and optimize end-to-end automation workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, and API-based integrations.

• Collaborate with leadership to conceptualize, prototype, and evolve internal systems into a future SaaS product.

• Apply rapid experimentation (“vibe coding”) approaches to test, validate, and iterate on new product and automation ideas.

• Integrate AI technologies, APIs, and LLM-based tools to enhance operational intelligence and system performance.

• Continuously improve workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing efficiency across teams and processes.

• Document systems, architectures, and processes to ensure scalability and organizational adoption.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in automation, systems architecture, operations engineering, or similar technical roles.

• Advanced expertise in ClickUp, including complex workflow design and system structuring.

• Strong hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, or equivalent tools.

• Solid understanding of AI tools, APIs, LLMs, and agent-based system design.

• Proven ability to take ideas from concept to execution with minimal supervision.

• Strong systems thinking, problem-solving ability, and structured reasoning mindset.

• Experience or strong interest in SaaS product development and product thinking.

• Background in digital marketing agencies is a strong plus.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
