About this Role.
We seeking an experienced AI Specialist to lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered capabilities across the DevX Portal and Modular Platform. This role is critical to ensuring that AI solutions are scalable, production-ready, and aligned with business outcomes while adhering to enterprise standards for security, governance, and responsible AI.
The AI Specialist will act as a technical authority, driving innovation in GenAI, LLM integrations, and intelligent automation to enhance developer productivity and platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities AI Strategy & Delivery
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI-powered capabilities across the DevX Portal and Modular Platform
Translate business needs into scalable AI solutions, ensuring production readiness and measurable impact
Drive innovation in GenAI assistants, agent orchestration, and platform-level automation
AI Architecture & Engineering
Define and guide AI system design decisions, including:
- Model selection and evaluation
- Prompt engineering strategies
- LLM integrations and orchestration frameworks
- Data pipelines and knowledge base integration
Establish reusable patterns and extensibility models aligned with enterprise architecture standards
Responsible AI & Governance
Ensure AI initiatives comply with enterprise requirements for:
- Security, privacy, and data protection
- Regulatory compliance
- Ethical AI principles (bias mitigation, explainability, transparency)
Embed governance frameworks and best practices into all AI solutions
Platform Integration & Operations
Integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines, enabling:
- Automated testing and evaluation of AI systems
- Continuous monitoring and observability
- Performance optimization and reliability
Reduce technical debt and promote maintainable, scalable AI solutions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Platform teams to:
- Identify high-impact AI use cases
- Accelerate developer productivity through AI
- Drive platform adoption and innovation
Act as a thought leader and advisor on AI-related initiatives
Strong experience with LLMs, GenAI platforms, and prompt engineering
Experience designing scalable AI systems and production-grade ML/AI pipelines
Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks
Experience integrating AI into developer platforms, DevOps, or CI/CD ecosystems
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
