AI Prototyping Expert (UI/UX)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Prototyping Expert (UI/UX) based in the Brazil.

As an AI Prototyping Expert (UI/UX), you will bridge the gap between concept and execution by rapidly transforming ideas into interactive, production-ready experiences. This role combines product design, AI-assisted development, and user experience expertise to create innovative digital solutions that drive business impact. You will work at the intersection of design, technology, and experimentation, leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate product discovery, validation, and delivery. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you will build prototypes, validate concepts, and help shape the future of AI-enabled products. The position offers significant ownership, creative freedom, and the opportunity to influence product strategy through hands-on innovation and continuous experimentation.

Accountabilities

• Design and develop interactive prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools, leveraging code as a primary medium for rapid product exploration and validation.

• Create AI-powered workflows, automation solutions, agents, copilots, and intelligent product experiences that improve user outcomes and business efficiency.

• Build, refine, and maintain prompt-driven workflows, reusable AI patterns, and scalable experimentation frameworks.

• Utilize no-code and low-code platforms to accelerate development and reduce engineering dependencies where appropriate.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to transition prototypes into production-ready solutions while ensuring technical feasibility and quality.

• Design user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and polished user experiences that emphasize clarity, usability, and visual excellence.

• Produce customer-facing assets including presentations, landing pages, one-pagers, and visual materials that support product adoption and go-to-market initiatives.

• Participate in product discovery activities, user research, usability testing, and experimentation to inform product decisions.

• Define and validate hypotheses through rapid testing, user feedback, and data-driven analysis.

• Translate monetization, growth, and engagement strategies into tangible user experiences and product enhancements.

• Act as a connector between business, design, and engineering teams by translating complex requirements into actionable prototypes, workflows, and documentation.

• Contribute to internal best practices for AI-enabled product development, user experience quality, and design consistency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, product development, or a hybrid design-engineering role.

• Hands-on expertise with AI-assisted coding and prototyping tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, v0, Framer, or similar platforms.

• Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI-powered workflows, prompt pipelines, automation systems, or AI-assisted product features.

• Strong proficiency in UX design, information architecture, user flows, wireframing, and high-fidelity interface design.

• Advanced knowledge of Figma and modern design practices for creating polished digital experiences.

• Strong visual design skills, including hierarchy, interaction design, usability, and attention to detail.

• Ability to rapidly prototype and validate ideas through experimentation, user testing, and iterative development.

• Experience contributing to user research activities such as interviews, journey mapping, usability studies, and survey analysis.

• Familiarity with analytics, experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and connecting user experience improvements to business outcomes.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around solutions.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while balancing multiple priorities.

• Experience collaborating with engineers and understanding modern software development processes and product architecture.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing and optimizing direct-to-consumer, free-to-play, in-app purchase, or monetization-focused experiences.

• Background in the gaming industry or experience working with game developers, publishers, or gaming platforms.

• Ability to write front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar technologies.

• Experience with design systems, motion design, and advanced interaction design principles.

• Familiarity with APIs, cloud-based systems, microservices, and modern product architectures.

• Experience with no-code and low-code tools such as Webflow, Retool, Zapier, or equivalent platforms.

• Previous experience in startup, scale-up, or high-growth technology environments.

• Knowledge of growth design, conversion optimization, funnel analysis, and pricing strategies.

• Additional language skills supporting international markets.
