AI Orchestrator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Orchestrator based in Brazil.

In this role, you will play a strategic and hands-on part in designing, coordinating, and scaling AI-driven workflows that connect business needs with advanced technological solutions. You will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, orchestrating AI-powered systems and ensuring they are effectively integrated into existing development and operational environments. Your work will focus on transforming complex business requirements into structured, scalable AI workflows, including agent-based systems and automation pipelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and generate measurable business impact. This is a highly strategic position that combines product thinking, systems design, and execution oversight in an AI-native environment. You will also contribute to enabling teams through training, adoption support, and continuous optimization of AI solutions.

Accountabilities:* Design and implement strategies to integrate AI-driven workflows into existing SDLC and operational environments

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI adoption and operational improvement

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI orchestration initiatives, from conception through execution and scaling

• Translate business requirements into structured user stories, backlogs, and actionable technical specifications

• Coordinate the development of agent-based workflows, ensuring seamless integration of multiple AI capabilities

• Define success metrics and monitor the performance and impact of AI solutions, driving continuous optimization

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business, technology, and operations teams

• Lead enablement initiatives, including training sessions and workshops to support adoption of AI workflows

• Suggest improvements to architecture, processes, and AI implementation strategies to maximize efficiency and ROI

• Ensure alignment between strategic business goals and technical delivery across AI-powered systems

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, metrics, and complex business requirements

• Experience working with AI, automation, digital transformation, or technology-driven product environments

• Ability to translate business needs into structured technical requirements, user stories, and workflows

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

• Proven experience working in cross-functional environments and leading collaborative initiatives

• Strong organizational and orchestration skills, with a focus on delivery and impact

• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or similar platforms is a plus

• Exposure to AI development methodologies such as SDLC, AI-DLC, or agent-based frameworks is highly desirable

• Leadership mindset with the ability to influence, align, and guide multidisciplinary teams
