AI Implementation Specialist

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Our client is seeking an AI Implementation Specialist to lead the adoption and execution of AI-driven workflows across the organization. The company is focused on leveraging AI to improve operational efficiency, streamline business processes, and automate workflows across finance, operations, scheduling, and data management. They are looking for a proactive professional who can identify process improvements, implement AI solutions, train cross-functional teams, and drive organization-wide AI adoption.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The AI Implementation Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven workflows and automations across multiple business functions. The AI Implementation Specialist will collaborate with department leaders to identify operational bottlenecks, develop agentic AI solutions, integrate AI platforms with existing systems, and train teams on AI best practices. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on AI implementation experience who enjoys combining business process optimization, automation, system integration, and cross-functional enablement to improve organizational performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

AI WORKFLOW IMPLEMENTATION

• Design, implement, and maintain AI-driven systems and automations across the organization.

• Build agentic AI solutions for finance, operations, scheduling, and data management.

• Identify business bottlenecks, process gaps, and operational inefficiencies.

• Develop AI-based solutions to improve business performance.

• Collaborate with department leaders to streamline workflows and automate business processes.

PROCESS ANALYSIS & OPTIMIZATION

• Audit existing workflows to identify automation opportunities.

• Implement AI solutions to improve reporting, decision-making, and operational efficiency.

• Continuously monitor AI workflows and optimize system performance.

• Measure the impact of AI implementations and recommend ongoing improvements.

TRAINING & AI ENABLEMENT

• Develop training materials and AI education resources.

• Deliver training sessions on AI tools, workflows, and best practices.

• Support cross-functional adoption of AI initiatives.

• Provide ongoing guidance and support to internal teams.

DATA & SYSTEM INTEGRATION

• Integrate AI platforms with existing business systems and software.

• Utilize data analytics to measure implementation outcomes.

• Ensure AI solutions operate reliably and efficiently across business functions.

• Maintain compliance with company data security standards and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of experience implementing AI solutions or workflow automations in business environments.

• Experience implementing AI-driven business process improvements.

• Hands-on experience with AI platforms and agentic AI tools.

• Experience analyzing business workflows and identifying automation opportunities.

• Experience integrating AI solutions with business systems and software.

• Experience training users on AI tools and technology adoption.

• Experience working across finance, operations, scheduling, CRM, or business operations environments.

QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS

• Hands-on experience with Claude.

• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT.

• Experience with agentic AI platforms or similar AI tools.
