We're looking for an AI Graphic Designer to own static and lifestyle ad creative end-to-end for Google Ads campaigns (GDN, Demand Gen, PMax). This isn't just a design execution role; you'll research the market, define audience personas, find creative angles, then concept, design, generate, and ship. You'll be responsible for building direct response statics that convert cold, top-of-funnel traffic, as well as lifestyle imagery that performs across Google's placements.
This role blends creative strategy, direct response design principles, and modern AI creative tools to produce high volume, high-converting ad creative and to keep iterating based on real performance data.
Own static and lifestyle ad creative across Google Display Network (GDN), Demand Gen, and Performance Max (PMax) end-to-end
Research the market, define target avatars/personas, and identify creative angles
Concept, design, generate, and ship ad creative independently
Build direct response static ads designed to convert cold, top-of-funnel traffic, not just visually clean creative
Pair static ads with advertorials as part of the funnel
Build lifestyle imagery tailored for PMax and Demand Gen placements
Produce creative at volume across the full Google static format set (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 1.91:1, and native display sizes)
Read and interpret performance data to identify what's converting
Continuously test, volume, and variation and iterate based on results
Requirements
Proven experience designing static ecommerce ads for Google (GDN, Demand Gen, PMax)
Strong knowledge of the Google static format set (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 1.91:1, native display sizes)
Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as fal.ai, Higgsfield, Manus, and Claude
Strong grasp of direct response design principles — creative built to convert, not just look good
Ability to read and act on performance data
A testing mindset: comfortable producing high volume and variation, and iterating based on what wins
Portfolio required, showcasing static ad design (ideally direct response / performance-focused work)
